As APOLAN seeks ways to expand its voice and reach internationally, the association’s board of directors recently formed the Global Task Force. Maoping He has been named chair, and Omar Ammar serves as vice chair.
Maoping He, founder and chairman of BFW Solutions, holds a master’s degree in communication engineering from HIT and a doctorate degree in business administration from SAIF & ASU, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He has more than 20 years of experience in the research and development of fiber-optic broadband access technologies, products and marketing, and is committed to promoting and applying optical LAN solutions across various industries for a better digital world and greener planet.
Omar H. Ammar is a Loughborough University alumni with a bachelor of sciences degree in engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from ESLSCA Business School Paris. Having honed his experience and knowledge for more than 14 years, he brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing and business development across ICT and telecommunication sectors. As head of marketing and communications at HitekNOFAL Solutions, he excels in strategic marketing, setting up market access, brand strategy, and driving business growth through innovative campaigns and strong customer engagement.
